In order to be considered for tenancy, the prospective tenant(s) understand(s) that upon submitting the foregoing seasonal application, a $165.00 (Up to 2 people) ($50.00 for each additional person) rental application processing fee will be added to your rental account balance. The fee does not in any way (i) constitute a commitment to lease/rent or (ii) guarantee selection of any property. This fee is non-refundable.
