PPM Agent Trevor Ekovich did an excellent job at getting me approved and into our new rental. Trevor spent a lot of time negotiating and coordinating so we got the best deal possible. He was very attentive to my family's needs for our new home and maintained a good line of communication between all parties. PPM has a great maintenance crew too! I'm very impressed by the professionalism at PPM and I recommend them to any family looking for a home rental.

I was able to work with this company for nearly five years as a property owner. They handled everything! They screened the tenants, collected the money, took care of repairs and complaints and basically made it super easy for me to be a landlord. Although there are several staff members to work with, I had the good fortune of having Trevor Ekovitch act as our main contact. This guy was/is great. Were there problems during the years? You bet, how can there not be with renters and houses. But, the main point here is that the problems never reached me. PPM took care of everything, left everyone happy and most importantly returned a rental property to me that was in such great shape we moved in ourselves and made it our permanent home.
